An ambitious plan for Texas, the Trans-Texas Corridor.
I spent all day at the Hughes Trigg Student Center on the SMU campus for a seminar titled The Political Legacies of the American West. It was organized by the Clements Center for Southwest Studies. Though there was a liberal tinge here and there, nothing was excessive and I pretty much enjoyed it.
